Canadian Health & Business College Community Giveaway
Campaign Period: August 8, 2026 – September 30, 2026
By participating in the Canadian Health & Business College Community Giveaway (“Giveaway”), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

   • Are legal residents of Canada; and

   • Meet the admission requirements for enrollment at Canadian Health & Business College (“CHBC”).

2. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent where required by applicable laws.

3. Employees, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members of Canadian Health & Business College may be excluded from participating.

4. CHBC reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time.
    

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on:
August 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time
and ends on:
September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time
All eligible entries must be received within the Giveaway Period. Entries submitted after the deadline will not qualify.

3. How to Enter
Participants may earn giveaway entries through the following methods:
Option 1: Enrollment Entry
Individuals who successfully enroll in an eligible Canadian Health & Business College program during the Giveaway Period will receive:
One (1) giveaway entry
A completed form submission or inquiry does not automatically qualify as an entry. The participant’s enrollment must be successfully completed and verified by CHBC before an entry is confirmed.
Option 2: Referral Entry
Individuals who refer a new student who successfully enrolls in an eligible CHBC program during the Giveaway Period will receive:
One (1) giveaway entry per successful enrollment referral
To qualify:

• The referral must be submitted through the official giveaway form or identified during the enrollment process.

• The referred individual must successfully complete enrollment at CHBC.

• Duplicate or unverified referrals may not qualify.

Submitting a referral form alone does not guarantee a giveaway entry.

4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
✈️ Roundtrip Airfare Ticket to the Philippines
Approximate value: $1,500 CAD
The prize:

• Is non-transferable and must be used by the selected winner.

• Cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

• Has no cash value and no cash alternative will be provided.

• Cannot be applied toward tuition fees, tuition discounts, refunds, credits, or any other CHBC financial benefit.

• Cannot be combined with any other CHBC promotions, scholarships, incentives, or offers.

• Does not include additional travel expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Accommodation

  • Transportation

  • Meals

  • Travel insurance

  • Passport fees

  • Visa-related expenses

  • Baggage fees

  • Personal expenses

CHBC reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Giveaway and Referral Program Clarification
This Giveaway is a separate promotional campaign from the Canadian Health & Business College Referral Program.
Participation in this Giveaway:

• Does not replace CHBC’s existing referral program.

• Does not guarantee eligibility for referral rewards or incentives.

• Does not modify the terms, conditions, or benefits of CHBC’s referral program.

Any referral submitted for this Giveaway will only qualify for a Giveaway entry if the referred individual successfully enrolls at CHBC during the Giveaway Period.
CHBC’s regular referral program operates independently and follows its own separate terms and conditions.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

1. One (1) winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible giveaway entries received during the Giveaway Period.

2. The winner will be announced on:

October 5, 2026
through Canadian Health & Business College’s official social media channels.

1. Participants must follow CHBC’s official social media accounts to receive updates regarding the winner announcement.

2. The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided during the enrollment or referral submission process.

3. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, does not respond, or does not meet eligibility requirements, CHBC reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
    

7. Entry Verification & Disqualification
CHBC reserves the right to verify all entries and remove any entries that are:

• False

• Duplicate

• Fraudulent

• Submitted using inaccurate information

• Not associated with a verified successful enrollment

CHBC’s decision regarding eligibility and entry validation is final.

8. Publicity Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that CHBC may share their name, photograph, testimonial, or giveaway-related content through CHBC’s official marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials.

9. Privacy
Information collected through this Giveaway will only be used for:

• Managing giveaway participation

• Contacting participants regarding their entry

• Verifying eligibility

• Administering the prize

CHBC will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy practices.

10. General Conditions
CHBC reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway if circumstances beyond CHBC’s control affect the operation or fairness of the campaign.

• Disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

This Giveaway is organized by Canadian Health & Business College and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
