Complimentary Parking
Mount Royal University offers one complimentary 30-minute parking session per day at all pay stations. To activate complimentary parking, your vehicle license plate must be registered at the station.
Please note:

Complimentary parking cannot be added once a paid parking session has started.

Parking receipts do not need to be displayed in your vehicle.

License plate information is digitally linked to the parking enforcement system.

Once parked in the East Gate Parkade, follow campus signage directing guests to Ross Glen Hall inside Mount Royal University.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the July 2026 Graduation Ceremony, students must meet the following requirements:

Program completion date must fall within October 2026

All required coursework and assignments must be submitted

All tuition balances must be paid in full prior to registration

Students currently completing practicum requirements are welcome to register; however, official diplomas will only be issued once all practicum requirements have been successfully verified
Kids & Family Policy
Supervision
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times throughout the event.
Seating
Children are not permitted to sit with graduates during the ceremony and must remain in the guest seating area with their accompanying adult.
Young Children
To help maintain a formal and enjoyable atmosphere, we kindly ask that adults with children under 5 step into the lobby if their child becomes restless or disruptive during the ceremony.
